1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In unused and original condition.
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Free from any signs of damage, wear, or tampering.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built cable assemblies (fiber optic and copper) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- Special-order products that are customized to specific client requirements cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not meet the agreed specifications.
- Opened software or licenses included with networking products are non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
- Upon receiving your return and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Restocking Fees
- A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns of standard products.
- No restocking fee will be applied for defective products or items damaged in transit.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for defective items, and either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at rma@opti-networks.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
7. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
