Opti Networks is deeply committed to ethical sourcing and supports the Conflict Minerals Rule under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This rule requires companies to disclose their use of conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold) that originate from conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries. These minerals, often referred to as 3TG, can finance armed groups and contribute to human rights abuses.
