iso9001

Opti Networks is proud to be ISO 9001 certified, a testament to our rigorous commitment to quality management systems. This prestigious certification is awarded to organizations that demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. ISO 9001 is based on principles that include a strong customer focus, the involvement of high-level company management, a process-oriented approach, and continuous improvement. At Opti Networks, we meticulously adhere to these principles, ensuring that our operations, from production to customer service, are efficient, effective, and continually improving. Our customers can be confident that they will receive high-quality products and services that are reliable and meet their needs.

RICH

Opti Networks is fully compliant with the European Union’s REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals), which aims to protect human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals. Compliance with REACH requires us to identify and manage the risks linked to the substances we manufacture and market in the EU. We ensure that our products do not contain any of the substances of very high concern (SVHCs) as identified by REACH. Our commitment to REACH not only helps protect our customers and the environment but also demonstrates our dedication to sustainability and responsible chemical management.

rohs

Opti Networks adheres to the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive, a critical EU regulation that restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacturing of various types of electronic and electrical equipment. Compliance with RoHS ensures that our products are free from substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and certain flame retardants (PBB and PBDE). This commitment to RoHS means our products are safer for consumers, and it helps reduce environmental impact through the reduction of toxic e-waste.Opti Networks’ dedication to RoHS compliance is a part of our broader strategy to ensure environmental responsibility and sustainability in all our operations.

Conflict Minerals

Opti Networks is deeply committed to ethical sourcing and supports the Conflict Minerals Rule under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This rule requires companies to disclose their use of conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold) that originate from conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries. These minerals, often referred to as 3TG, can finance armed groups and contribute to human rights abuses. At Opti Networks, we have established robust due diligence processes to trace the origin of these minerals in our supply chain. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the minerals used in our products do not contribute to conflict and human rights violations. This commitment is part of our broader corporate social responsibility efforts to promote ethical practices and human rights globally.
